Educational psychology
Participation in various communities and the opportunity for full-fledged agency in society are significant factors for an individual’s positive mental and social development. In our faculty, research focusing on well-being is particularly conducted in the field of educational psychology. The research specifically targets individual well-being and strengths, positive development and agency in work, school, and leisure contexts at different stages of the life span, as well as flourishing in school, study, and work environments and organizations. Positive leadership and development in leadership is also an emerging research theme, which is being pursued in an interdisciplinary research with other fields of science.
