Photos of the university campus and the management of the university are available at the Lapland University Image Bank: link here. Other images can be requested from the communications tiedotus(at)ulapland.fi. Urgent requests by phone (see the contact information of the communications services). 

Filming and photographing at the university facilities 

Regarding news coverage that handles the university, the media are welcome to film or photograph at the university as long as it does not interrupt the regular activities of the university. Permission to film or photograph must be asked for beforehand from Pekka Latvala, Head of Property Management, (pekka.latvala(at)ulapland.fi, tel. 040 139 7683) or from the campus services (kampuspalvelut(at)ulapland.fi, tel. 040 861 7866). 

Filming or photographing people requires a permission from the persons concerned. For instance, filming or photographing in teaching facilities always requires permission from the teacher and students.

Are you searching for an expert on research or arts? You can find our researchers and other experts through the University of Lapland Research Portal. You can search for experts by name, topic, project or publication.

Information request 

Information requests must be sent to the registry office of the University of Lapland either via e-mail kirjaamo@ulapland.fi or by mail. Information requests should be specified as precisely as possible to make finding the document easier. Detailed information on information requests can be found on our website.
