If you detect or suspect a security incident related to the university’s ICT services, report it to the IT service desk or the student Helpdesk. Contact information can be found at the bottom of the page.

Security incidents include, for example, suspicion of a user ID and password falling into the wrong hands, suspicious messages in emails such as spam and phishing emails, malware infections or warnings, and suspected misuse of ICT services. A security incident also includes confidential material being forgotten or made publicly available, for example, on multifunction devices, in trash bins, or in public spaces as paper prints or on storage devices such as USB sticks.
