The IT services will procure a workstation or laptop and a phone for a new employee based on the faculty’s proposal in accordance with the endpoint productization. The unit secretary or the new employee’s supervisor sends the request to servicedesk (at) luc.fi.

The Information Management and IT services will procure workstations for the teaching facilities according to the needs of the facilities and the lifecycle model of the devices.

IT services renew staff workstations according to a five-year lifecycle model.

Software acquisitions are carried out in collaboration with IT services and faculty teachers. The software in IT classrooms is updated annually as needed.
